I see some gers fans are talking about the possible renaming of their ground to raise some much needed funds.{ BBC Sport} Would Celtic fans endorse the renaming of Parkhead for money? No, for me, but then again i dont know what the future holds and different circumstances might force the issue. as money is king.
Couldnt care less what the stadium is officially known as - never refer to it as Celtic Park to be honest. We are in no position to turn down free money
I was gonna make a joke about Ibrox being called Poundland or Poundstretcher given how much their Chairman paid for the club but thankfully I stopped myself.
Why do people think the name of a building is sacred? The problem is that Celtic and Rangers only get really good sponsorship deals together and you can't have both called the same thing. A great number of Celtic and Rangers fans are ******s and would be put off a brand if it was associated with there rivals via sponsorship so we can’t attract big deals.
Yeah, why not ... If it generates cash for a player or two then go for it! It's hardly going to cause outrage by changing Celtic Park to a corporate name! What would you go for? Roosters Potatoes? Ibrox could be the Orange Bowl!
Supposedly Tampax are about to be named as Celtics new sponsor. Well..... .... they are going through a bad period. [NSFW] please log in to view this image [/NSFW]
It's a shame tobacco companies can't do sports sponsorship any more. Neil Lennon would be ideal for a Hamlet advert.
Its already known as Parkhead and Celtic Park and of course Paradise so dont think adding another name to it will change anything.
if i thought the board would spend the cash on the team i would be happy for them to do it. it's not as if anyone will call it whatever it is named.
that reminds me. Did you know teens in america are soaking tampons in vodka before inserting them to get drunk quicker? True story bro
