ELLERS, after getting sacked by Leicester he spent his time watching Swansea and learning the Martinez way. Since then his teams have played on the floor almost entirely. You're right though mate in the fact that its a great pity he didn't have his great Conversion when he was Managing us because some of the stuff served up during his era was suicide inducing.
