was working through the woods today and found a suitcase with a fox and 4 cubs in it. Obviously, I phoned the Spanish equivalent of the RSPCA. I said, "I have just found a suitcase in the woods with a fox and 4 cubs in it", the woman on the phone said, "oh, that's terrible, are they moving?", to which I replied, "not really sure, but I suppose that would explain the suitcase!"

Hmmm.

I don't expect you to write material a fraction of the quality of mine, but perhaps the joke would work better if you found the fox and cubs in a removal lorry, complete with wardrobes, settees and generic household ware.

 

They are foxes ffs you daft ****! How much stuff do you think they can fit in their den? They only had a suitcase to carry the little belongings they had. They had to visit foodbanks so they could eat and you think they could afford wardrobes? No wonder your new forum will be ****e.

Just had a strange conversation with my wife about getting a home-improvement loan. She offered me €5,000 to move out.

 

It would add extra irony to the joke. People love irony. The suitcase doesn't provide enough.

People would be in fits at the thought of the fox family owning settees and having hired a removal van.

A mere suitcase leaves you feeling that the joke was lazily put together.
