You need to sack O'neill. Usually I think it's committing suicide to sack your manager only a few months before the end of the season, because it usually leads to relegation. However, I was listening to O'neill's interview today - The bloke makes excuse after excuse, and it didn't look like he at all took the game seriously enough. This game should have been set as a must win, because looking at your fixtures, I think you'll have to be at your best to even get 7 points which may be what you need to survive. O'neill should be sacked because his heart isn't in this job. Other managers can keep their teams together and atleast give them a fighting chance. O'neill will be the manager most deserving of suffering a relegation this season. Having money to spend, and sending out a team that don't even look like they have a plan. All I saw you do was give it to Johnson and hope he can cut in and shoot or put in a decent ball. Your build up play looks very predictable, your style is easily planned against, and you were lucky to get a point today, as you should have lost 0-2. You should sack O'neill and get a manager in that can inject some belief back into the side.
his interview in the telegraph this morning boiled my piss, however he's still got me but lost my season ticket
I disagree, sacking him now would send us down for certain, but I think he should go at the end of the season. We need to change everything about us, our play is ****, the squad is average. MoN has spent near £30m this season, and to what avail? Another relegation scrap? Not good enough... Imo he'd eventually get it right, but only after massive spending, time for a change, a modern, young manager and some new scouts to go with him
I can never work you out mate, no disrespect but one minute you're with him, the next you're not, then you are, then you're not. It's ok you know, you can disagree with people, just say what you really feel.
i think it's like a lot of us Billy. desperately want him to do well, but just can't see how it's going to. Bit like the team. CONFUSED. Do we keep trying after 30 games or do we start all over again with another manager. Has he had long enough, does he get more time??????????
At the back of it all is players' cast iron contracts; splashing money out for new players just means that we will have a hugely increased wage bill and players who are guaranteed payment until their contract runs out. The change of personnel will take some time but it will come.
Of course it is because if more fans was like me we would of had him sack by now. well done in taking us down. BILLY D, Am doing security at the minute so **** knows.
debate is the ability to agree/disagree with many different opinions, i am one open minded mo fo! might have something to do with all the drugs and lsd i did in my 20's or that i'm just a clever ****
Many people Not many would have said Laudrup would be a success at Swansea tbh, it's just a case of finding the right manager. Someone similar to Laudrup would be perfect for me
