Given the way Citeh have been performing recently and that Bony hasn't featured , I wonder if he is having second thoughts over his move ? He didn't seem the type to want to be a benchwarmer and I haven't heard of him being injured so surely the frustration must be growing . If you were he, would you a) Bite your lip and gamble on injuries to have a run in the side or that Pelligrini goes in the Summer and that a new manager will give you a chance b) Seek a move ( even though it's only been a short while since you arrived ). c ) Ring HUW and plead to come back ? Would you have him back ?
He has had an ankle injury which had kept him out of the last 3 games. To answer the question: Yes I would have him back in a heartbeat
its all about the money ffs...............he would be happy roller blading burgers around the ground for that kind of money if he`s honest.......the game is second 2that of the Wonga in thy prem im afraid brother
He may wonder has he done the right thing, then he will take a look at his bank balance and think ****ing right I have.
He looks to be happy and as for having him back then we could dream. first of all it would be a backward step and secondly .how can we afford his mega wages.....It would be nice but sadly a non starter for quite a few seasons yet.....
There is one way if he agree's and that is pay him £60k/week and he keeps all his image rights like we did with trundle.....
60k a week>>>>>>how things change hey.......six years ago your players were driving around in ford xr3i`s.
I think he will get more game time than Sinclair, but there is a risk of him stagnating on the bench too much............
You can say that about a lot of man city players. I don't believe everyone is as gullible as Sinclair in thinking he would be an automatic choice at city. they know by looking at the size of the squad that they wont play many games and the reason they are there is because they are a big club that pays obscene amounts of money and the are in with a slight chance of champions league football.......I would .....
The Summer transfer season and any possible change in manager will in my opinion define whether Bony will be a hit or not. I believe they will sign another striker and if the manager changes, will Bony be part of his plans. Will be an interesting summer for him. I still believe he is a quality striker and more than capable of being a top4 player.
I would never say bony is anywhere close to being a top 4 player myself. he is too slow for a start, I would say he is one of the best header of the ball but as for being the best all round player then there are many much better.......
Personally I thought Bony had reached his level at the Swans. He ain't a Champions League striker and Man Citeh will have a few new shiny strikers for next season. it's time for him to come back home.
yea me to but to be fair i have always stated that man city and Chelsea are the wrong type of club for him and arsenal or Liverpool would be more to his liking.....Good luck to him and i hope he does well but sadly his wage demand is far too much for us......
