    But selling Nolan was a smart move and anyone who disagrees simply doesnt know their football, hes on a massive decline physically and wouldnt last another couple seasons at this level, so why should we play a declining footballer ahead of younger and superior players who can still develop, such as caybe, vuckic etc

    Nolan offered nothing to the team except some goals and some leadership, his tackling and passing was poor and arguably cost us as many points as he earned us with his goals.

    He wanted a 5 year deal and i suspect he may not even have that great of a season with west ham in the champo.

    But yeah, think we pretty much all agree that selling Nolan was probably a wise choice. Especially considering how he looked last weekend...

    So yeah. No problems here then.
