Negative post after our defeat against Rotherham. Like all of you I was gutted.
But it was depressingly clear we do miss RS.

No need for an apology mate. We do miss Rossco (any championship side would) but the lads will battle on and give it their best shot. :emoticon-0165-muscl

It's so clear people seem obliged to tell everyone else about it every ten minutes.

Hmm that reminds me of my dearly beloved, she likes to harp on.

Mind so do I, still I reckon 2 more games and Gelhardt will be up to speed

At the end of the season we can pronounce with the benefit of results being in... on the how the club has been run...

It's not any disrespect to you mate, I'm just sick of it now.

People keep pointing it out like the rest of us are dummies who don't appreciate the situation.

Stewart has become a stick to beat Speakman with, poor and lazy crack imo.

The way the club is run and the results are two entirely different things imo.

Portsmouth, as a club, were an absolute shambles yet won the FA Cup and played in Europe.

Don't think you've got anything to apologise for, although I agree with Smug that the point has been made some time ago and nobody wants to hear about it anymore.

If we'd had better luck we'd have signed Nemeth and Stewart wouldn't have got injured, that's what the club planned for and if both (maybe either) of those things had worked out not one person would have had cause to complain.

It's been an unexpectedly good season and the club deserves a lot of credit. Personally I'm sick of hearing people whinging about this and that and focusing on the negatives constantly. Also repeating the same criticisms week after bloody week.

Everyone has their own opinions. I think we are having an amazing season. Seen football played that I never dreamt I would see Sunderland play. Yep we got beat the other night but this comes with the territory. Great if we go up this season but if we don’t I will live with it after seeing how the lads have performed this season. Magical times ahead HTL!!!

We also didn't win every game when Ross Stewart played, we were fantastic against QPR , scored 3 great goals , yet as soon as we drop points it's speakmans fault for not signing a number 9.
If we get beat 7-6 and every goal we concede is a howler by the keeper or a defender we will still have lost the game because we didn't sign that extra striker.
Problem is we did sign a striker but people want a clone if Ross Stewart, and the thing with that is there wasn't one available

    Good, honest post mate.

I was really disappointed on Tuesday night, even considering how well we have been doing. I wonder if part of that was knowing that we can play so much better. The players didn’t have quite enough gas in the tank.

The squad have a massive amount of credit in the bank. I bet they’ll be hurting and will be determined to get back on track.

We were all a bit down after Tuesdays but as Smug and others have said I’m sick to death of folk going on about the club not getting a target man, after the game I had one bloke tell me how many extra points we’d of had with a striker 15 I think he said, then another was predicting the future to say we couldn’t win at Coventry crazy people.I say chin one and all let’s get behind the young team and go again Saturday
