Dear syd, We absolutely deserved to win that game â we were fantastic up until about the 84th minute. The team were blindingly good. We looked comfortable at 3-1 although we tired a little. This feels like a defeat because we were so good all day. We played some great football and scored some great goals. The performance was excellent considering that we were playing against a team who are going for the championship. We got the ball down and played and it was really heartbreaking to lose those goals. It should have been all three points, but that shouldnât take away from the performance of the team. The goals were excellent â we played some great stuff and we had two or three opportunities before we scored the first goal. We showed the confidence to go and play.
