Newcastle fan here. Drunk geordie at the moment. I personally expected this from the moment you signed Giroud. Podolski + Giroud = RVP gone - This was my thought ages ago. Don't worry lads. RVP is a fantastic player, but you've signed a cracking pair of strikers. Podolski has fantastic pace, can play striker or winger, has a fantastic strike on him, and is a lethal finisher. Giroud, not the most amazing finisher I've seen, but beast in the air. Fantastic player. RVP is better than both of these strikers, but I reckon with Podolski and Giroud you'll be a better all round team. thanks mate. Realy taken a liking to newcastle fans recently. With regard to your lineup i expect arteta or wilshere to partner song/mvila while one of ramsey, rosicky or a new creative midfilder will play as am while pod will play on the left with walcott on the right..i think!

haha just hope walcott signs a new contract. Hope both our teams finish top four next season it'll be great to see. Heard you guys have given up on luuk de jong but i'm sure you're brilliant scouts will find someone better.
We aren't signing M'Vila. Giroud isn't good enough and Poldi is a winger these days, not a CF. It's going to be a very long season unless a replacement for robin is signed.
