"Harry for England!" as my wife says.

I'd say please, no, except he's likely not to play nearly as much as in the U-21 games.

I think he should stay with the U-21's until after their Euro Championship in the summer. They might win it and they are also a better team than Hodgson's lot.

Long way to go before he's ready for England imo.

In order to play for England he needs to learn how to not pass to his teammates.

Probably will be called up and he should be picked ahead of Lambert as he's actually getting games. I'd rather he was left out of the circus though, he's better off playing for the England Under 21s with a competant manager in charge.

Please no. Would be bad news for him and for Spurs.

  8. I'd love to see him given an opportunity, but I suspect that Hodgson will stick stoically with the usual household names. That's what the grey-heads at FA HQ would want. God forbid that Hodgson suddenly develops the balls to begins to pick his squad on merit!

Based on the standard England has in it's senior squad he's definitely worthy of a call up, however I'd rather he stick with the U21s for now. I think it's best for his development and he'll get good game time, getting called up for England, he'll only get 5-10 minutes (if that) due to Hodgson's **** tactics and team selection.

I hope he doesn't get selected.

he is enjoying his football with the under 21's...hes starting, hes scoring....and qualifying for tournaments. I hope hes not selected to be part of the squad..train with them then sit on the bench and get 3 minutes at the end whilst England try to muster an equaliser against some taxi drivers and post men.

it's a no brainer as to which one will do him any real good..and thus benefit Spurs by having a confident Kane in the team.

Common sense would be to continue to nurture the Kane and Berahino partnership
at the U21 level for as long as possible. They may well be the partnership that serves
the seniors well for some while in the near future.

Training as part of the senior setup I have no problems with (bar the risk of a <standard> ) .

    Definitely no.

I actually prefer our players not being called up to risk injury. They also get to stay and train with their team mates which is better for the team.

He's better playing every game for the U21s for now, if he went to the seniors he'd get injured in training or something like that

He's done a good job with them. He was well out of his depth at Boro and it was far too early for him but this job seems to suit him very well. It's a bit like when MacLaren got given the England job, everyone knew it was far too early but since then he's gone about his business quietly out of the spotlight and has improved to the point where he might well find himself in the frame for the England job again once the FA rid us of Hodgson.

I hope Kane does get a call up. It would be a good reward for a player who has worked hard at his game for many years. At every stage of his career, he has managed to make the required step up and has improved his game year in and year out. Plus, a full Intenational call up would enhance the ever increasing reputation of our Academy.

Speaking of our academy I was out with a few Brentford fans on the Saturday they've been delighted with Pritchard, apparently producing little moments of brilliance nearly every game. One reckons he'd be well suited to playing closer to the striker. It's an interesting thought and maybe Kane and Pritchard will be the future attack for Spurs and England. Okay I might be wishful thinking a bit... :D

I hope he gets a call up...he deserves it. I hope he continues to play for the u21s though as he is developing well with them. Imo he could get a game in the friendly v Scotland on 18th November.
Think he could learn a lot from playing and training with lambert and rooney which will benefit us

How many goals has Kane got in the Premier League? Hell - how many GAMES does he have in the Premier League?! I can't see that he deserves an England call up yet. Of course if he continues to progress that's another matter. I'm sure he'll be good enough for England one day but let's not get ahead of ourselves. (Though I realize that the phrase "good enough for England" is a bit of an oxymoron).

I think scoring 8 or 9 goals this season deserves a call up for a friendly
