... I'm applying for some jobs and I have to take online tests for them. What are they like? Are they difficult? Any help would be gladly received
What kind of job is it? If it is IT you could have diagrammatic reasoning, number series, syntax checking.
most of these tests tend to be straight forward if they are job specific If they are psychometric tests then try not to be clever, they are set up to ask the same question differently and most people give replies that are at odds hence the failure
If you get a question asking "Is it right to sacrifice the few to save the many?", they are looking for an answer of yes.
If they ask you what you'd do if you came across a turtle on it's back under the baking hot sun shoot them under the table and flee. They're onto you.
If ever any prospective employer starts with that psychometric ****e tell them to shove their job up their ****in arses.
4 "Ability Tests" I'm applying for a job in Finance for Centrica. You could be right. I'm delaying taking the test until I got the rest of my application up to standards.
