After the Wigan trip and the dire performance up there, I said I wouldn't go to any more away games this season. Well I just did and it was worse than awful. What ever has happened to our team that makes us so bad? Over the last 3 home games I had seen improvements and had began to be a bit more positive about the way we were heading, but this has knocked me back. We are in a relegation scrap for god's sake playing against a team just below us and we don't register a shot on target, that is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I've seen a few threads and posts on here and listened to people phoning in after games saying "we've got to get behind the team, and give them our support". Well our support away from home has been exceptional all season, so all you lot, for christ's sake shut up about it. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT! Anyone who attends away games give more than just their support, they give their time and money and commitment, but what do we get in return......... ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. This cannot go on for much longer, if the club expects us to fill the stadium for every home game and travel hundreds of miles every week to support the team away from home, then we need to see some changes and they need to happen NOW, not after we get relegated! I think we have become the worst team in the premiership now!
Spot on. Spent a fair bit getting to games this season, plus all the additional costs and today I decided to skip stoke a game which would be easy for me to get to, to go to the Brentford Doncaster game as one of my mates is a Brentford fan, expecting a horrible game at stoke. I really wanted the feeling of betraying my team when I got back today, but to be honest I don't feel disappointed in myself at all. We could all see it coming. It's all too predictable, it's all too negative.
You've got to say even the ardent NCFC fans must be worried by that stat ! But unfortunately it's not the first time recently we've not managed an attempt on goal! Which quite frankly is ****ing pathetic ! Thank god Wigan saw fit to throw two points away against spuds other wise We'd be chin deep in **** instead of waist deep ! That was the last real chance of three points this season against a team who rank pretty low in the entertainment stakes , but now we've got to try and beat a WBA side who are flying along, Villa, well we've all guessed how that will end up ? And of cause the easy game of the three man city away ? Oops lets hope others bale us out of the ****!

I live here in Stoke at the minute, so i feel for any of you who made the journey. What a dump. I couldn't afford to attend sadly, but hope to get to a few games after I move home to sunny Wymondham next week
I must say ILD, massive respect for you travelling the entire length of the country to support our boys. I didn't even watch the game on a stream/TV and I was frustrated enough, God only knows what it must be like to invest lots of your own money and time to watch the team serve up that absolute ****e. I don't think there is much chance we will get relegated, or that we are the worst team in the league but unacceptable is not a strong enough word for some of our performances especially on the road of late. I don't expect to win every game away, but I expect we should at least hit the target vs teams like Stoke, Wigan and Southampton. Hughton has to sort this out, because there is no way any club can expect fans to shell out cash every week to watch what at best will be a goalless draw and most probably a defeat without even testing the opposition goalkeeper.
If you've ever been to Stoke, then you will understand that it wasn't even a decent day out!! Some places are worth getting to early and having a look round, but that place, no way! It hailed on us just as we arrived, maybe an omen to turn round and go home instead of sitting through that load of crap! Sorry Cromer, I know and understand that you are one of the "positive" ones on this board, but that was 7 hours in the car, at least £40 worth of petrol, same again for some basic food, add the cost of the tickets it probably cost me well over £200, and completely bollockised up my weekend. For Hughton to put in that sort of display when we needed to attack and go for a win and not have a shot on target is disgraceful. The club should refund everone who had to put up with that display!!
