I love it when Newcastle players believe in themselves.

Ba tonight , Cabaye and HBA recently quoted as wanting to WIN the league. Love it.

How far have we come when our players ARE NOT overawed by Manure?

Seriously, we've a lot of lads on the forum who gamble on the game.........what were odds on 3-0?

These new players show no fear. There's a picture somewhere tonight of the Manure players and it's got Rooney, Berbatov, Nani, Ferdinand and Giggs..........there's about £100m of talent and they're looking sick.........against a Newcastle side of Free transfers and bargain buys. Happy days.

The players and the management have been saying since the season started that they think they can do well.

Pardew has instilled a confidence in the team that as a whole, they can compete and has also ensured that they only at one game at a time. This has been beneficial because the squad know where they are or should be at least in terms of fighting for league position.

    How far can they go?

They know how good they are as unit and I do believe that many of them have come to an agreement of where they think it's possible to finish and that's challenging for a Europa place.

For me, anything that's an improvement on last seasons finish is good. I'm a big follower of Kaizen.
