The point remains he could've put £10k on about 15 different score forecasts (150k layout) and guaranteed a massive win.

I've just checked the guy's Twitter page, and he posted the picture on the 10th. Apparently it was a promotional bet where 8 correct score predictions would get you £1m, regardless of individual match odds.
