But give me your Arsenal squad:

    .........Reina......................
    Johnson....Skrtel.....Coates.....Enrique
    ...........Lucas..........Allen................
    ..................Gerrard.......................
    ....Suarez.....Carroll...........Assaidi....

Then bench of: Jones, Carra, Kelly, Sterling, Hendo, Shelvey, Borini.

I think Agger is back for this one, his ban was only 1 game because it wasn't violent conduct (?)

I'd also play Sterling, then give him a good run against Jenkinson, could be interesting <ok>

Correct. Aggers suspension is over. Its a bit premature to be picking the team for the game against the Gooners, how about naming the team for the Hearts game on thursday?

    Agger in for Coates
Sahin in for Lucas (Lucas may not recover in time, even if he does we can afford not to risk him)
    Enrique for Kelly
Assaidi for Sterling ( expect Sterling will start v Hearts as Assaidi cant, so think Assaidi will be in for Le Arse )

Hopefully Lucas will be fit - anynews on his injury?

I'd like to see Assaidi start - with Raheem coming on with half hour to go.

I'd also like to see Sahin, come in for for Lucas/Gerrad/Allen with 20-25 minutes left, depending on the the way the games turning out. That's if Sahin will be eligible to play by next week?

My predictions for the Arsenal team

    --------------------------------------the unknown Italian---------------------------------

    --------------------****---------------****------------------Mert-------------**** (Gibbs!)

    --------------------------------------------Diaby (borderline ****)-------------------------

    ------------**** (gervinho)--------------Arteta-----Cazorla-----------------------Polodski

    ----------------------------------------------Giroud-----------------------------------------

Zero goals so far - Is RVP proving he carried the team least year?
To be fair - I think Cazorla and Giroud will turn out to be quality players.

Sounds like Lucas may miss this game. I'd play Gerr Allen and Sahin in the midfield.

Suarez Sterling and Carroll (or osama) up front.

Defo Dagger and Skrtel cb pairing... by far our best cbs.

Reason I place Carroll ahead of O. Assi is that it may not be good idea to have so many new players starting at same time... gradually work them in. Also only br knows if he is good enough yet.

Borini has started every competative game so far... give him a rest. I'd consider Downing again. He has been better than last season and may be worth trying at times.

I forgot about Sahin. I think Sterling should start vs Hearts as Assaidi can't play as cup tied. If Agger is back then obviously him in for Coates. I think the front three of Suarez Carroll and Assaidi will be good against arsenal.

maybe but he could be back, thigh strains can be a week ot two weeks.. we'll find out i suppose.

btw calling assaidi osama is rascist... are you suarez in disguse milk? his name is Oussama

I think borini should play v hearts then rest for arsenal perhaps.. but then equally stelring should rest for hearts...

I'm writing on a phone and it is shorter/on my autocorrect... intending on 'Osama' to be viewed affectionate ironically: certainly not meaning it to be racist or abusive.

Would Ass Man be more acceptable? Should I stick to OA?

Ass man is entirely acceptable in the uk... though anythign that could be thought to be in anyway looking like it could be put in a racial context is out. we must after all be careful lest evra or worse damien comolli jumping in and putting words in our mouths after all.

luckily the world of football is still quite homophobic as proved by a certain italian international <laugh>

Don't we play United right after Arsenal? At least he is not the ref of that one!

Dunno... think United underestimate us a tad this season. Webb might give us the victory instead of Arsenal... they probably fear Arsenal more at this stage.

Having Fergies lover as our ref might help us thus time.
