It's Actually called scumitus. Its a really nasty affliction causing severe pain around the neck an anus regions. It has been discovered that little green eyed monsters invade these areas of the body. Its brought on mostly through jealousy but sometimes through a feeling of inferiority which it has been discovered that the afore mentioned green eyed monsters have as part of their genetic makeup. scratching it will cause it to stick around for extended periods. If you ignore it it will eventually go away. It seams to be the only cure.
