It was perfect in every way. This is my story.
There was alot of tention at FIFA HQ with the top 16 teams (excluding France) getting more & more fed up with the dictators Sepp Blatter, Platinni & their brown nose muppets. There was a meeting about a brake away in which all 16 teams agreed, the problem was the up & coming world cup qualifiers for the 2018 WC in Qatar in which they all wanted to boycot but could´nt due to legal reasons, so a plan was made.
All the top 16 agreed to send only their 2nd string teams to play in the WCQ & to 'make silly mistakes' so non of them would qualify. And low a behold all 16 were K.O´ed. Shock around the footballing world, whats going on, Qatar & FIFA are pulling their hair out the 2018 WC was in turmoil, but never the less goes ahead without 'the 16' but it is the worst WC in it´s history.
In a statement, reps from all of 'the 16' state they are going it alone & that they are going to set up their own international football association, the IFA & were going to hold their own IFA WC in England in 2018 because England is ready to host it with all their fine stadiums. This made Blatter & the muppets blood boil but they could do sweet FA about it, the football break away had begun.
2 euro cups were quickly set up, 1 called the champions elite league with was made up of the champions only of 'the 16' with 2 groups of 8, a qtr final, a semi final (all over 2 legs) & then the final, which would be held in every one of 'the 16' in turn as the IFA WC would be. the 2nd cup would be for the 2nd & 3rd placed teams in each of 'the 16' respected lge´s which would be a home & away 2 legged K.O up until the final which again all 16 would take it in turn to host.
It was a massive success & world football was saved from a dictatorship with free & fair elections & a share of the money & major events. More & more countries applied to join & the IFA grew & grew while at the same time FIFA was just represented by oil rich countries, France & switzerland.
