Now we have a MH at the helm, with two good signings strengthening the back four I really feel that that we are gonna start getting going at Loftus Road. It's worth remembering that Hughes has much bigger pulling potential than Warnock (with the birds too I'm sure!!).......and it's starting to show.

Onuoha came across as a solid pro in his interview with QPR player, well spoken, ambitious and most importantly.....sincere. Even since day one I have never been a big fan of Barton, and it came across as though he only came to us cos know one else wanted him (or his ego).

But if we can nick a midfielder and most importantly a solid striker, then we will be fine this season.
Looking forward to Chelsea on saturday......win, lose or draw, will be a good game I'm sure.

p.s. great news to hear that Traore is on his way home......could look lively in left midfield.

Good point Newbury - Plus the calibre of players we have just got, will hopefully encourage better players to come....Hopefully

Saturday will be good to get these players some game time together, feeling alot more positive now for the rest of the season, with a strong back four, it gives the rest of the team confidence to push forward. Urrrrrrrrrrrrssss!

Feelings are mutual newbury. There's no hiding the fact that Onouha wouldn't have come for Warnock, same goes for Taiwo. And that Diakite lad could be a real gem. Our own Patrick Viera if you like.

And if what other fans say are anything to go by we have got ourselves two bargains in Taiwo and Onouha, 99% positive comments on sites like Sky Sports, TeamTalk etc. <ok>

Have to agree but feels disloyal to Sir Neil :embarrassed: I guess our loyalty is to QPR at end of day.

absolutely agree with this , confidence spreads from the back and i'm sure this will free up the forwards/midfielders and encurage them to play. I believe Hughes has bought this to the team already with some more organisation.

I hear ya, but football, in fact pro sports are a brutal game......no time for soft stuff. We all liked Warnock, defo a fan of his, but he ain't Prem material. Perfect for Championship or with teams on a budget.

I think the FA cup game is perfect, way better than having a league game this saturday. A good chance for new players to have a run out. We aren;t really expected to win, but could pull of a surprise win if we are lucky. We all know that the priority is the league....

    U R's!!!

Amazing what a good win and a couple of signings will do. This time last week it was like the world had come to an end on this site. Today it's like Neil Warnock, who?

I'll miss him and believe he did deserve better, but Hughes will be the best choice for us in the long run. Look what he's done already.
