That United are going to win the title at the Emirates. They only need 7 points, and their next 3 games are West Ham (a), Villa (h), and then they play us. I can see them getting maximum points in their next 2 games, and then coming to the Emirates and getting a draw.
Depends on the west ham game and what City get up to. Don't they have spurs next? Could very well draw that though of course you would rather them win.
think we could drop points at West ham and don't really see us winning at the Emirates this season, Arsenal players and fans will be all over RVP
City will draw with Sp*rs meaning that United only need to beat Villa and beat or draw with West Ham. I hope it works like that. Although if it comes down to United needing to draw or win at the Emirates to win the league, I think we can beat them. Very hard but not impossible.
But if they are champions when they come to Emirates the players need to clap for RVP to enter the field (and I presume the people at the stadium). So best scenario is - Utd coming to Emirates thinking they can grab the title but then loose at our ground.
We have much more chance of winning if Utd are already champions, not looking like they will be though
I think City will beat the Spuds, so this title race could go on for a bit yet, although it would take a miracle for Utd not to win it now.
Im just worried about us matching the spuds to stay above them. I think we will but Im not expecting us to beat Man U. I hope Everton overtake the spuds as well.
are you sure, with their player's having one eye on the cup Final, not wanting to get injured, plus they are inconsistent
After today's game, and our general results against the big teams this season at the Emirates, my feeling about the United game just got worse, we just can't seem to get it done against the big teams this season, both home and away.
True, it will be 5th in this table at best: Played W D L Pts Utd 10 6 1 3 19 City 11 4 5 2 17 Chelsea 8 4 2 2 14 Everton 10 3 5 2 14 Spurs 10 3 2 5 10 Arsenal 11 2 4 5 10 Lpool 10 1 5 4 8 And its not just this season, its been the last 4 or 5!
Last season we good against the big teams, we beat Spurs, Chelsea, City, Liverpool, Everton, we only failed to beat United from the top teams.
If we beat Villa at home we could take the Title at the Emirates if we win their. Would set up a cracking game.
Wenger should personally hand Ferguson the trophy and all the Arsenal fans should be grateful for being able to see what a manager and team with ambition look like.
