Christ the guy has done a tremendous job with this bunch of pusseys.

I do find it suprising that he has to come out with this letter explaining his methods.

He has proven himself at Bournemouth,Donny,Forest yet he has to explain his methods.

Judge him next season when he has his players playing his way,Top two has to be the aim,we will be a big fish in that pond, promotion must come first time of asking, just like Donny have done this year.

Questions can be asked if he fails next year, but this year he was on a hiding to nothing.

Only thing I question is his motivation skills and his adaptability to the situation

I think he has had to make do with what he has got, trying to get the best from them is like trying to get blood out of a stone.
Next season we will be able to judge much better.

Next season we will be hard to beat at home which is encouraging
What we need in order to have a chance to bounce straight back is for SOD to be more adventerous away from home because it's frankly unacceptable not to have a go as this season comes to an end, but that's how it appears to be.

Just pray we can keep some of the players he needs. Baldock, Davies, Kelly, Cunningham to name a few. I am sure he will do us proud next term.

Shiny, it's not a case of praising him at present but accepting that he has managed to improve some aspects of the team performance to make us more difficult to defeat.

But we all know that he has had a stray dog's dinner in respect of those he's had to work with, some of whom have improved but others who are still making the same elementary mistakes now that they have made for the last three or four years under various managers.

For example, how many identical goals have we conceded like the one against the Wendy's, in the past for seasons?

I can see a lot of people turning soon, I don't think we will come straight back up!

I like him as a manager, I enjoy the organisation in the team. I am concerned however that no one will take the bull by the horns, I don't like the fact that he does what Del done and that's a bit late in sub's.

When we did sub on Monday, we had two natural wide players playing with one on th wrong side and the other in the middle with a forward playing on the wing??

I don't think league 1 is going to be a stroll in the park, look at Sheff Utd, and PNE but on the other side of the coin you have Donny.

What a lot seem to forget is SoD will have had 20 games this season which has not improved our league position. We were ****e when he took over and away from home IMO we are worse. No goals apart from OG since December is ****ing awful.

As I said I like him, but we are fickle fans and I can see it turning sour with some of our fans when we don't get off to a flyer next season.

i do not blame Sod for the mess we are in,i blame that solely with the owner and board.
They appointed a rookie manager, then allowed him to much time to try and salvage the season.

Blame Sod when he has his own players, playing the way we know he likes to play the game.If he fails next season then have a go at him.

We all know the guy is a top championship manager,Hope and pray he does not do a coppell and walk away.We will have a top manager for League 1 thats for sure.He knows what is needed and i am sure he will deliver the goods.
