Did you go today Mrs lalala? Only asking because the positive I found is we have played far worse than today and been beaten by far worse sides. Torquay are a decent outfit and probably for me one of the best I've seen this season so far. We lost a key player in Chadwick very early on and their first goal came from a free kick that was nowhere near a free kick. We should have defended it nonetheless but it was a really dodgy decision. We missed Chadwick and we missed Purse but we were not that far away from Torquay today. And we were always going to sign a couple of players weren't we anyway.
No sensible I didn't go as my son chose to go with friends, however I got the gist on his return with a verbal match report. I also listened to the match on the radio, incidently Sparksey seems to have taken a back seat on commentry with a few words spoken here and there and a crappy commentry from someone with no passion, do they call this progress???
I totally agree Mrs. LaLa....we need all the backup we can get, clearly we cannot manage with certain players and the team is inconsistant. Lets hope Mr. Brent realises we're moving in to a critical stage of the season and an end of season battle to stay up is a no no!
