This seems like a good place to put my theory forward. Assem Allam looks like Dr. Eggman from the sonic video games. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image It's obviously nothing facial or anything, just their body types. Allam has a really kind of long torso and then no neck at all, it just goes from chest straight into head. Always remind me of Eggman when I see a picture like this one.
