As some of you may (or may not) remember from my first post, I was moving house the weekend of our day at Wembley, well it did not go to plan and I do not recommend to anyone moving house on such an important day. Sky had been cut off, move delayed due to solicitors and only managed to listen to second half on radio pacing round my new kitchen! When Zamora scored I screamed my head off running round kitchen and out into garden, removal men thought I was barking mad and neighbours by now knew we had arrived in this tiny Cornwall village, most locals who have probably never heard of QPR! Only got Internet back on line yesterday so been catching up with your posts on your memories and thoughts on your day out, some great things written a day to remember for sure. I managed to watch the highlights on the Saturday evening and have to admit have watched them again a number of times since, with a lump in my throat at the sea of blue and white, the singing during the game and the roar from you all when we scored and Clint so deservedly lifting the cup! Don't expect any posts on tactics from me, being a girly i am better at sentiment, I only argue tactics with my husband in confines of our living room as then even if I am wrong I know I can win😀
A small hamlet north of Liskeard, it is very strange having grown up in west London/ Harrow/Ruislip to now live in middle of nowhere but apart from family and going to LR don't miss the noise and fast pace of life at all, I must be getting old!
That's not him Wubba. Oddly enough, when I started that thread recently about fans owning up etc, I got a number of PM's from the man himself, urging me to sling more sh*t and telling me that was the best thread he'd ever witnessed He's on here alright but that's not him.
Was he also Aerospace Mango who ran the newsagents where Jim Magilton used to buy his Racing Post and orange tic-tacs?
Ooh now from memory is CB Cerney someone? A bit of a contraversial figure? If yes, that is not me, I promise I am a newbie to the board although some might say stalking the board for sometime, (since BBC 606 days) but I am a female Rs fan now living in Cornwall but born in Paddington General lived in area of West London/ west London suburbs until moving down here 10 months ago.
Only kidding, I'm not CB but I'm one of the few recent newish members who was not tarred with that brush. I kind of feel a little bit left out!lol.
