Sitting here with a bottle of whisky to hand and plastic ice cubes in a bowl. (Never destroy good malt with water. ;p)
Computer on whilst watching TV, but now starving as had nothing to eat all day, had other distractions.
So have decided to order an Indian Sunday special.
There in lay the problem, the takeaway menus are all in a drawer in the kitchen, a room where it's rumoured you can prepare your own food!
Twice went to stand up, but was enjoying reading the craic on here so much got distracted.
I even went as far as pressing the button to lower my footrest on my armchair.

When it hit me, to order on line through Just Eat!
Couple of clicks and keystrokes later the meal is on it's way. <ok>

    Sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well until I have to get up to answer the door. :(
I wonder if I could give the delivery guy a key for future use?
I could show him where I keep the plates and cutlery while he is here!

    And why not?

As I like it that way and that's all that counts.
    So tough.

Lapping up the Masters whilst waiting for MOTD2, £30 on Snedeker at 24's earl on which I thought was a no hoper, and £20 on Scott at 11's which looks a folly.

    Tiger not in the running.

Where the hell did I say that?

    It's called choice bonny lad.
And a choice I have made over 30 plus years of drinking fine malts.
I will rely on my taste buds and not your opinion thanks very much. <ok>

When asked about his thoughts on the death of Stephen Gately, Jonathan Ross was stated as saying, "Drinking heavily when he wasn't used to it, well it must have been whisky.

I'm partial to Laphroaig, meself. A tiny drop of water opens up a decent glass, I find. Otherwise, the only thing I add to scotch is more scotch...

Was reliably informed by the lads who make the stuff that adding a small amount if water cracks the flavours and adds to the taste. Mind you that was only Glenmorangie, Tobermory, Oban and about a dozen others.
Personally I put a small ice cube in and hey presto perfect drink.
