That mike assface and derek (don't shout at me) llambias are saying we have spent all the ££ on fees and wages to prevent being held for ransom for inflated prices, if teams know we have ££ they will want as much of it as they can get

It's possible not very plausible, anyone think I might be right??

Could be an accurate description... on the other hand I don't espect much more spent.

They don't exactly have a history of producing nice surprises for Newcastle fans do they? Would be a nice idea, I remember considering similar a while back but it just seems very unlikely and more likely that he just wants to keep the money.

Very optimistic thinking! Would like this to be the case, but who knows. Unfortunately, I doubt it. Sorry ha.

I think the club's spending since the window opened has already demonstrated to everyone that we're not willing to pay over the odds for their players anyway, no bluffing should be needed at this point

I believe we have got money to spend on the right player at the right price and on the right wage packet.

We are supposed to still have a £7m bid in for Erdinc with no doubt allowance for agents fees and wages as well.

If he says no or we eventually say no then no doubt those monies will be re-allocated to someone new.

I'm not saying "right" for NUFC fans but right for Cashley & Co.

Therefore, I think we will buy another player/striker at least and just pray he thinks that the right player is Sturridge.

On this basis I think Cashley is playing poker with how much money we have and that is part of his tactics of misinformation. Also he is playing hardball with bids made and contracts offered to new players and for existing players. On the basis of FFS's era in charge it isn't necessarily a bad thing. Only time will tell.

I honestly think we are done in this transfer window. I think we are keeping any other spends for January which is a mistake as we all know thats when fees goe through the roof.

I believe we had a target list at the beginning which included many of the names that have slipped through the net and gone elsewhere.

I am not worried though. The signings we have made have improved us and we aint lost much yet (Nolan not included).......

I would like to be surprised come end of August but I am not hoping.....
