Isn't there a Norwich ****er sticky for Norwich ****ers? I can smell the zit cream from here, and the glow from the plastic light sabres can be annoying, but if we have mods that won't ban them then I suppose it's something you have to put up with.

Many of the senior Ipswich posters regularly visit the Norwich board and take part in heated but friendly banter. They help to enrich and enhance the board.

I have not resorted to swearing or abusive name calling and just trying to have some good natured banter and help break down the more sinister side of local rivalries.

Treacle, this is brainless crap you're posting nowadays. You have made fun and entertaining contributions in the past though I will be fair and give you a chance. Keep your nose clean for a little while and join in the banter by all means, but you cannot continue to post this kind of witless rubbish and worse still try to bait me for moderation decisions (i dont mind the armchair supporter digs that go back years and suchlike). If you show a lack of respect as you have of late for the board then I will request a ban.

what Dave and Maestro do is up to them. We have always enjoyed banter going back a decade with the budgies.

To be fair, we deserve to take the brunt of it in recent times and it's not much fun (for the first time in our history) to be part of the rivalry. But, Norwich are in free fall. They managed to beat Posh today and it speaks volumes that treacle felt that was reason enough to come over and have a pop.

We are on the up and they are on the way down it would seem, now, we don't want to make this a budgie free zone for two reasons: 1) The great thing about 606 and not606 is the cross team banter and communication. 2) When our fortunes return and Norwich's diminish we want to be able to get our revenge for the last couple of years

 

So a good and entertaining Budgie poster like SN23 is banned from our board, but some other scummer wum is allowed to post his nonsense on our board freely...

welly, I can't be arsed to trawl back now but when you still had PJ and were plummeting out of control, you and JWM, obviously under a lot of stress, went too far on more than one occasion, you were both given leeway because of your previous good record! And for the record, I also felt SN23 was a good and amusing poster when he behaved, sadly he didn't behave despite several warnings!
