    1. Who have we signed out of those zillions of players named in the transfer thread?

    2. Have we got a new strip yet and is it any good?

    3. Why have the hundreds of spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors made by posters while I have been away not been corrected?

As for my holiday Crete was lovely. The bed was lumpy. The food was good. Lots of British men have bigger tits than women. Flying is a miserable experience.

My goodness some British holiday makers are thick. We ask immigrants to take a test before they can stay in our country and I think it is about time we had a test before we let some of our fellow citizens out of the country to shame us all.

Here is my stab at it based on my experience of some of the idiots I met on holiday.

1 Can you identify your own suitcase?

2 Do you understand what 20 kgs means?

3 Do you weigh under 17 stone?

4 Have you packed anything other than ManU/Liverpool or other football shirts to wear on holiday?

5 Do you disapprove of people who eat their breakfast/lunch/supper shirtless?

Anyone answering no to one or more of these questions should be banned for life from ever travelling anywhere.

From these questions you can guess that an idiot took my suitcase from the carousel rather than her own and she was named after Newton one of Britain's greatest geniuses. That the check in was tedious with people having to unpack cases or argue over excess baggage charges. There were two idiots in our hotel who wore ManU kit everyday of their holiday including during mealtimes. One guy resplendent with tattoos and sporting an enormous beer gut insisted on eating breakfast everyday without wearing a shirt. My flight home was ruined by having to sit next to guy who must have weighed about 20 stone and who did nothing but eat biscuits, sweets and crisps throughout the flight.

As you can see my opinion of my fellow man has not been improved by my taking a holiday.

PS I met a West Brom fan who said they were going to thrash us again this year.

I made the mistake once of going on a holiday at the cheaper end of the market...you meet some lovely folks, but take the risk of mixing with Brits you'd avoid back home. I now go with Travelsphere and Archers and have met lovely like-minded folk. Youngsters would look at us and run screaming, but you will have a better holiday if you pick your travel companions well.

P.s. The hotel should have stopped the semi-nude dining. Most hotels have a dress code. Now if it had been Fonte...he could have sat at my table:emoticon-0142-happy

Depends where you were eating, really. If it was some sort of poolside bar then I'd forgive it. If it was a nice restaurant I'd have flung my souvlaki at him.

Evidently you care enough to go to the effort of being obnoxious.

I'm obnoxious for replying to a thread which had no need to be made? Okay then.

Welcome back. To actually answer your questions Godders (!) -

1 - Nobody as yet, though Pochettino has confirmed we have interest in Wanyama, Banega and Damiao.

2 - Yes we have. No stripes though, which has led some people to the edge of a cliff, questioning their existence. The away strip is lovely though.

3 - Likely there were too many to keep in check. We felt lost without our leader.

This could end up being the stupidest argument yet on the boards. It's already a well populated field. Let's not add to it.

There are currently three threads discussing Wanyama. You can go and post your little family guy clip around on those if you like. :)

This is a new thread with a different topic to anything else. If it is not pertinent to your interests, why even go to the effort of reading and posting on it? I just don't understand.
