It must be obvious to anyone that watched the Sunderland-Stoke game that Huth should have seen red for the backhand that hit Bendtner in the face during the second half. There can be no excuse for this kind of action, and because it was apparently missed by the match officials then the FA must look at it and dish out the appropriate punishment.
We have already been shanghied by the faceless lot from the FA, in as much that they gave Bardsley a 4 game suspension for violent conduct, most Sunderland supporters I have spoken to dont have a problem with the outcome but it has to be across the board.Consistancy, thats all we supporters ask for. From the reports that I have read on here and other sites very little or nothing has been mentioned with regard to this.
Wake up you dingbats at the FA and do the job you are handsomely paid for.:steam:

What about his stamp on Mig, deliberate. He is an awful player who looks to cheat first, is happy to injure fellow pro's. There was also the challenge when he went into Colback back with his studs. He'd been booked before all these incidents. A complete bellend of a bloke!

Commachio, I'm in awe of the way you have a knack of putting your discriptive words into print. If we still had the old system you would certainly get a rep from me.:emoticon-0103-cool:<ok>

I know we won the game but did anyone else think the ref was terrible Sunday?? perfectly good tackles given as fouls and back tackles waved on??? he was bad for both sides granted but I think ref's need to be much much better than what we saw Sunday.

Nothing has been mentioned anywhere about the inncident, how comes Bardo gets a ban (rightly so) and Huth seems to get away scot free to do the same again next week...

    Double standards somewhere, i feel.

I wouldn't pinpoint any ref's being hard on Sunderland to be fair, the same thing happens to a different team every week.

Robert Huth most probably deserves a red card at some point during ever game he plays. He is a thug on the pitch, an absolute disgrace and has no problems putting his studs into his opposition to stop them scoring. It's not old fashioned defending it's down right abuse, and he deserves to be brought up in front of the FA with a YouTube video showing all of his bad tackles and given a 12 month ban.

Players can't use drugs to enhance their sporting chances but this guy can use his foot to disable players and get away with it time after time.

Him and Karl Henry, along with your very own Lee Clattermole should be sent back to boot camp for some serious re-training. They are all terrible footballers with only one thing on their mind when the going gets tough.
