I mentioned on an earlier thread that Martin Atkinson had a penchant for yellow and red cards. Well done the dirty git is off.
Debatable decision mind... Conditions are shocking...... But seems to be the rule now............plus he is a dirty twat at the best of times...
Watching the replays............. Never a red..........not in a million years.....No wonder Pulis is frothing.
Never a red, definite yellow in dreadful conditions. Here's hoping our lads keep cool heads when tackling as Atkinson may try to even it up.
He's frothing because he's got foot in mouth. I believe Huth was trying to intimidate young Meyler as he had a little nibble at the lad earlier. Got what he deserved.
the red card decision is the only highlight of the first half..... conditions are poor, hence why it was poor first half.
I'm not disputing he's a dirty twat....but red for that? never... Maybe he has a rep like Catts.....refs love em..
Fuller's challenge in Meyler was a terrible tackle. One of the worst in the game and, had he not incorrectly sent Huth off I think he'd have sent fuller off so evened itself up within the game. As for O'Shea's yellow it wasn't even a foul so how did he get booked?
Pulis having a right go at Meyler, shame he is just coming across as a sad and bitter little man.................
