http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/pompey/pompey-past/pompey_favourite_to_join_birmingham_1_3550529 Huseklepp has joined Birmingham on loan until the end of the season. Birch is cutting everything poossible isn't he! I think this is our relegation nailed on now.
Game over man, game over. I was kinda hoping that Bristol City would be dragged into the fight, but I think I've just seen the blue towel been thrown in. April will be one of the harshest months in your long history, thats for sure.
April is our make or break month - its the month that if we don't have a new owner, we go out of business - it is also looking like the month we will be relegated. Atleast we are being told the truth now, the administrator is not burying his head in the sand and us fans now know some of the extremeties that have happened at the club. I am getting more and more frustrated with the FL though, they seem hell bent on making and example out of us - some would agree that they are correct to do so - but they are flicking the needle on the lethal injection syringe that could see us put to sleep.
And so the asset stripping starts.... If we can some-how manage to stay in the Championship this season I will be more over the moon than the cow. Par for the course looks like it could now be avoiding relegation to League Two next season
Unbelievable, why not get rid of earners that do nothing and when they do play are crap like our 80k a week Israeli defender, there must be a get out clause surely, and what happened to only having 3 subs on the bench last week and Apple being worried about fulfilling our fixtures with the few first team players we ahve available, looks like we will have to rely on the kids, and that is relegation as 'Arry would say 'For sure'
yes, finally some sort of transparancy and prudent & required actions, which really should have happened a long long time ago. i agree it's going to be a long month for you guys but I'm talking about Feb - you've got another 6 days to go & a sh*te load could happen in that time !!
No, its not. More like £32k a week - which is still a ridiculous amount of money for a championship quad to pay out.
At least you are seeing a straight bat. It's painful but the unvarnished truth is better than the utter tripe which you had from the previous administrator. I think that its now more likely that you will survive but on the pitch things may be difficult.
Looking on the bright side, Singing Blue never comes on our board anymore... LaP He must feel like a right prat now.
Loosing the viking wouldn't be as bad if Varney was fit. Now we have a squad of which most are either injured or having to play through injuries. Appy will be forced to play the young uns against Leeds. AS much as he doesn't want to throw them in and potentially ruin their careers if it goes bad, what other choice have we got. I still reckon we can stay up, but its gonna be one hell of a battle.
Those of us, with memories of the seventies, would sadly have to disagree HR, although even my sunny disposition, has gone a bit hazy, of late.
