Originally he was going to be banned from buying cars for a year but an actual judge (who didn't have his arm twisted) looked at it and threw the charge out and told the authorities to issue a sensible punishment that fits the crime and is listed under the laws and regulations Also, why is the OP so offended by everything we do.
