Anyone attended the events this week? I was at the Northern Powerhouse Event this morning with some key players speaking on topics that will affect growth in the region for years to come. Really good event! Lots of talk about Transport from the Chair of Transport for the North and from the likes of Lord Prescott, Declan Curry (BBC TV Working Lunch guy) Siemens UK chief exec. Really talk about opportunities and what we can do to develop our place in the Northern Powerhouse.
