Celtic to bid £1 million for 'No pulse'? http://www.people.co.uk/sport/footb...-of-favour-striker-rob-hulse-102039-23376697/ Pinch me, pinch me!...
I think eternal that was my point yesterday. Anyway that would be a good move for hulse and team up again with commons
Doesn't matter. By the end of the transfer and loan windows he would probably be 5th choice. He needs to go now. Take £1m for him and get him off the wage bill. (Every little helps). The new money being invested isn't there to pay for 10 or 15 players to see out their contracts or get paid off. As for Dave. Well, he only started because it was an emergency and he did try his very best. His contract is up soonest and I don't suppose it will be renewed. There is no need to rush him out the door.
I was really gutted that Hulse didnt work out. In his time was a great striker....just wasnt to be at Rangers. I wish him luck if he does go
I do feel sorry for Hulse. Let's face it we all got a shock when he was the striker that we signed and seem to remember most people were pleasantly surprised. He was a legend at Derby, but I think the fact he had that injury that wouldn't go away when he started and then coming in to an already established team, playing in a formation that didn't suit him. It just didn't work out but I do think if he moved up there he could rekindle his old form. So good luck to him. Now take the money and run.
To be fair he has carried injuries since day one..sell him to celtic, that is if they have a million big ones?
Straight swap for Hooper please,he's far too good to be playing in that pony league + he has a great name!!
He was a punt on the last day of the transfer window. Good player when fit, but never has recovered properly. When he did come back things never happened for him, so might also be psychological as well. Take the £1m and bid him good luck and a fresh start.
