Hulse rejects loan move to Doncaster

QPR striker Rob Hulse has rejected a loan move to Doncaster.

Hulse, who recently recovered from a knee injury, opted against making the switch because he did not want to move so far away from his family, who are based in the south.

He is likely to join Ipswich if Tractor Boys boss Paul Jewell takes the opportunity to sign the 32-year-old, who played under him at Derby.

Jewell is one of a number of managers Rangers informed of Hulse’s availability following the player’s decision not to join Doncaster.

    Perone has been made available.

And QPR have again circulated the names of Dan ****tu and Bruno Perone in another attempt to get them out on loan before Thursday’s deadline.

Both defenders have been available since being left out of R’s boss Neil Warnock’s 25-man Premier League squad.

Meanwhile, popular winger Lee Cook has agreed to join League One side Leyton Orient on an initial one-month loan.

Cook is attempting to relaunch his career after a long battle with a knee complaint.

Could've linked up with our mate Diouf,it seems like either they don't want to play or nobody wants them!Poor form really, they should be going on loan and busting a gut trying to impress Neil, and get in the squad in Jan.Not that they are going to be part of his plans though.

Hulse rejects loan move to Doncaster

He is sticking with the third option to which the clues were:

It's made of zinc coated metal and get collected once a week but recently these have been updated to hold a lot more rubbish and have wheels

That's right Rob you have won the caravan 321

I thought Paul Jewell was a bit sharper than that.

If he is going anyway it will have to be today or tomorrow, after that the loan window is shut.

Could Tamas Priskin departure open the door for Ronan Murray – or Rob Hulse? - Ipswich Town - Green Un

Could Tamas Priskin departure open the door for Ronan Murray – or Rob Hulse?

By Dave Gooderham Wednesday, November 23, 2011

TAMAS Priskin could today seal a loan move to divisional rivals Derby County.

The Hungarian striker, who scored two in three games for his country in last week’s international break, is reported to be close to joining the Rams – possibly signalling an end to his troublesome time in Suffolk.

Blues boss Paul Jewell seems to have finally lost patience in the striker, who he surprisingly picked for the first time in this season’s Championship against Doncaster earlier this month.

But after Priskin failed to impress, Jewell seems set to cut his losses on a forward who publicly criticised the Town manager to a Hungarian newspaper and who almost joined Leeds United earlier this season.

Derby boss Nigel Clough is facing a striker crisis ahead of Saturday’s match against West Ham with leading scorer Theo Robinson, Steven Davies and Nathan Tyson all injured.

Clough said he would have scouts at all five Premier Reserve League matches last night, but it could be that Priskin fits the bill.

While Jewell still has first team strikers in abundance, not to mention problems elsewhere in his side, he has also been linked with a move for QPR striker Rob Hulse.

With loan deals having to be completed by 5pm tomorrow, the burly striker has been made available by the Premier League club and Jewell has continually been linked with the striker he once signed for Derby.

But Town fans will view bringing in another forward less of a priority than shoring up the leaky backline – now the equal worst in the division.

Jewell’s number two, Chris Hutchings, yesterday refused to rule out any more loan deals – the club currently have five – but only if the right player came along.

And with 20-year-old Ronan Murray scoring twice in yesterday’s behind-the-scenes friendly win over West Ham, most supporters would be more than satisfied seeing a youngster given a chance.
