According to the Times online, Millwall interested in Hulse, Blackpool in Buz and Bothroyd and Smith also can leave. Meanwhile we are looking at Krancjar as well or as an alternative to Pienaar, and Tim Cahill of Everton. But there is a limit to the number of non UK loan players we are allowed (2 and we already have Macheda).

If we're supposed to be signing Tevez that'll be our lot on those type of loans. Lots of supposition in these stories at the moment. More about Santa Cruz on SSN, the longer this goes on the more desperate we sound.

There should be a lot more fringe players on their way in the next few weeks...

The only desperation is from the journalists trying to guess who we'll buy. I'm sure Hughes has given the board his list and I'm sure we're working very hard at getting those players as soon as possible.

Just have to be patient and see who we end up with. But it sounds like we really do mean business, I just hope it's enough to keep us up.

I'm a big fan of Krancjar... could see him doing a good job for us.

Agreed, if they set the team up to his strengths he's a class act...
