For about five mil we should be able to get a left back in. An actual left back. I wouldn't complain too much though I'd be sad to see the lad leave.
If he won't sign a new contract it's not worth keeping him for me. Hate seeing players who should have value leave on a free.

I have seen a big improvement in Jack under PDC. I assume he is holding out for more money? With coming through the system he is probably on a lot less than the other first teamers and wants more parity. I have no problem with that myself, as he is a very good utility player who is maturing each game I see him play. I used to be worried about him getting out muscled before, but he seems to be learning to stand his ground.
nothing against hull but colback should have more ambition than that, no way would i sell him, also i cant see hull coming up with that kind of money,

Another failing of the Mon era, how many players have been left to run till the last year of their contracts? Makes it difficult for us at the negotiation table. We'll get half his value if we're lucky. Instead of losing him for a pittance id take a gamble till January and try and get him to sign a new deal. If we get a lb in then Jack has a shot at playing cm unless we bring in a quality attacking cm to play next to cabral.
