Word on the street according to the Ipswich board is Bullard out with "Flu" on Saturday. Sonko and Delaney to start.

Do you think the "cheeky chappie" is swinging the lead......

Delaney & Sonko to get a welcome though - different classes of defenders but they gave it their all at City.

    3-1 win on Saturday COUT!

What about Andrews? Or has he already gone back to the Chicken factory?

I'll happily welcome both Delaney AND Sonko, Delaney for obvious reasons but Sonko because it was hardly his fault that he was the chosen successor for the best defender the club's had in most people's living memory. You're right, he tried his best but ultimately failed.

Did anyone seriously feel that Dullard would show up ? Nick will delay his retirement if he does. Talk about going out with a bang. Lol.

Yes welcome back Damian and your goal on the screen gets better and better with each viewing. Sonko makes me laugh and i would not be surprised to see either score at both ends. With Andrews - Bowyer and Bullard missing there midfield looks very weak and with a Big League game @ Birmingham on wednesday i wonder how many others will Jewell rest ? Its a good game for the lads to have. Round 4 looms chaps.

Shame Bullard won't be playing but then it was never going to happen was it? He's ****ing work-shy at the best of times, never mind when he's potentially going to get abuse from 10,000 people (and hopefully a few players) for 90 minutes.

I'll welcome Sonko once someone has got past him and he's ended up flat on his arse, like i saw him do plenty of times while he was at City.

    Delaney on the other hand.

Yes he did. The days of being able to rip your shirt off without fear of a booking. Happy Days now sadly long gone. :emoticon-0120-doh:

Bullard was probably frightened of getting banjoed by Nick again!

Actually more likely he does have a problem breathing through his nose. Nasal congestion being, apparently, a symptom of damage caused by ingesting certain derivatives of naturally occurring opiates. Allegedly!

Think Andrews is injured according to the other thread or he may have been cup tied. Delaney should get a good reception from City fans if he plays, big part in our rise up the divisions.
