Hull V Chelsea

Just thought I'd start a thread for the match for all the Hull fans who are still on our forum! Good luck chaps

 

With Jose return I genuine think Chelsea will steamroller Hull today

Hull have a squad good enough of staying up but I think they might lack the strikers. IF Danny Graham can get his Swansea form from the first season and this Sagbo turns out decent then I think they will stay up. Otherwise I would worry about them as they only have Matty Fryatt and Prossie backing them up

 

Derby's record could be taken from them.

 

They wont be that bad

I think they will get relegated but I expect them to be competitive

 

Frank Lampard has missed a penalty and Oscar has just scored

1-0 Chelsea

 

Hull look woeful.

How it's only 1-0 is a mystery.

 

2-0, Frank Lampard with a freekick but it went straight past McGreggor's flapping arm. He should have saved it.

Chelsea had 1 cleared off the line just before half time. The first time goal line technology has been needed

 

Chelsea have been bigged up this season but I've not been that impressed to be honest. Early days I know but champions, we shall see.

 

Hull have held their heads high this second half, think they'll be fine to be fair, lets hope it's us this time next season

 

you forgot to mention the fact that ivanovic steam rolled our wall out the way .

You see it every week and I bet your team do the same thing when you have free kicks so dont get your knickers in a twist when it happens against you.

You just have to accept **** goalkeeping when you sign cheap Scottish goalkeepers

I think he was refairing to Torres dive for the free kick just a guess like !!!! And mcgregor should have done better with the free kick but still made a few good saves , quality keeper !!!

 

Yeah fantastic keeper. Nothing he could have done with Welbeck's header in the week or Lampard's free kick. There isnt any decent Scottish goalkeepers and regardless of what league you are in I think you will have signed a new number 1 in the next 12 months.

As a keeper its no good pulling off a few good saves and then letting a stupid shot in
