    HKR radio seems a daft choice for a radio station if you want to attract Hull City and FC fans.

    Only if people want to be petty and childish about it.

    Its an East Hull community radio station and covers all sports not just HKR.

    Also its called Hull Kingston Radio not Hull Kingston Rovers Radio

    Besides, it is called Hull Kingston Radio, you prat, not Hull Kingston ROVERS Radio.

    If there was a Hull City forum on 'Radio Gay' would you choose not to listen because of the name?

    Naming a radio station Hull Kingston Radio will not put off City/FC fans if there's something on there they want to listen to.

    Yeah it was the hospital radio that you could get on AM
    What happened to that it just disappeared a couple of years ago
    It was good on a night.
    They used to have the overnight express that ran from 10pm playing just music right through the night

    Yeah I used to have it on in my car all the time.
    Some of the volunteer presenters where great especially the Jamaican guy he was super cool

    Just had a look on the Kingstown website and it says it will return late summer
    Hope so they cover Hull City also on there

    I know what you're saying but I see it's based at Rover's stadium so the choice of name for the station is obviously playing around with the name of the rugby club.
