So after the Sheff Utd 0-0 ( a draw to me looked nailed on I have to say ) we entertain Hull fresh from their Norwich 4-3 thriller. Norwich............ how the HELL are you below us with your £££££. Awww no parachute £££ next season what a SHAME Hull have improved somewhat of late though, and have put themselves six clear of the drop. I actually am relatively confident we won't lose this, and perhaps shade it 1-0 / 2-1. I feel we will score this time, surely cannot score 2 in NINE home games can we!? Defensively as previously mentioned yet to concede more than 1 a game with CCV so I will say one of them 3 scorelines to me seems absolutely nailed on. Team wise - wonder if Knudsen will be back ( How did Kenlock play vs Sheff Utd ? ) Lots of talk Spence had a shocker, who would you start RWB? Will Hyam come back in? Will know more Tuesday pm. C O Y B
Kenlock over Knudsen any day for me. He gets forward and is more dangerous when he does. Also gets his head up and tries to pass it down the line instead of hoofing it down the line like Jonas
I come in peace from the Hull City Fans Forum on Facebook where you are most welcome. Our 'Star Larker' Abel Hernandez, back from a 6 month injury sojourn, scored 2 against Norwich at the week-end (all right - they were both penalties) but he has been taking lessons on Ronaldo's famous 'step-overs' (see video) You have been warned!
Have to admit, with all the frustrations the budgies have with not being able to score many goals.. I found it pretty funny that they go and score 3, yet still lose Think we'll fight and scrap (as that's all we can do) and just about edge a 1 - 0 win (without a penalty in sight) and Hull causing us all sorts of problems and deserving to win Though if I have a spare fiver in my pocket I'd bet on yet another dour 0-0 draw
1-0, scrappy, pitch scrappy and Mick scratchy! Which hastens his departure as he flings another 2-finger salute to the poor demented fans!
Given the tension of the past day or so it will be interesting to see how Mick (and the players) approach this one. By the sounds of it Mick was in a foul mood at yesterdays press conference, referencing hearing Milne's comments 2nd hand so might not have been the narrative Mick was expecting (or hearing from Evans) Was very prickly when asked about tactics and then Chambo was rolled out to give the manager the seal of approval and then echo a lot of what we've been hearing from Mick the past 2 years. Will be interesting to see how Mick sets us up on the back of that.. or whether the players take a bit of initiative and try and loosen the shackles?
Not promising, is our season about to unravel even more? Lets hope the players on the pitch find something.
