We are approaching the 3 year mark

    Walter is obviously gone

Thats 4 managers sacked in less than 3 years

    Mcann
    Shota
    Rosie
    Walter

Tan left under strange circumstances, only rumours to go on

Where does the club go from here?

    How are the finances?
    Whats the plan

Typically, when the owners have a bigger ego than the players, it doesn't last very long, and ends pretty ugly. Chairman are sometimes better not seen and heard from constantly

I can only see it going one way now I'm afraid, just on gut feeling and the snippets from ITKs on here

As a fan you want an owner with genuine football passion and be fully prepared to invest both financially & emotionally into our club. Acun has done that.
The problem has been strategic decision making.
The players we took on this year to me are better than performances are showing. The fundamental way they are asked to play is a serious issue in gaining results at championship level. With obvious hindsight Tim is sadly the wrong manger, that much is Arun’s big mistake.
We need him to get the next one right.

We need to appoint a solid, steady appointment and stick with him. Any more quick fire or mental sacking and Acun will be written off as a nut job. Getting any decent manager in then will be fully dependent on lots of £ and not for the quality of the post.

The grim state now is that we are predictable on the pitch, don't think anyone can predict Acun's next move, I've know idea what he'll do next or who will advise him with no ceo or board to confer with.

He’d do better putting Walter on gardening leave due to incompetence, similarly all his ‘coaches’ (what do they do all day. Give Andy Dawson a crack.

He's made some mistakes, particularly around managers. He's also done a huge amount of good. We've got used to a level of home crowds that we didn't even see pre-Allams on such a consistent basis as this and certainly not with such little success to reward it. What he's done for our crowds should never be ignored or forgotten.

On recruitment, we always seem to take too long, we never sign decent strikers and there've been some duds who are obviously his signings, but on the whole we do have a strong squad of talented, young players with obvious potential for significant resale value. There's no way this squad should be struggling as much as we are.

    Good points

I wonder what the finances are like
Are we sustainable without heavy input from acun?

Doubt it, but that's pretty normal. Not sure we've been sustainable without owner input since AP sold to Duffen. And that happened because he couldn't take us any further.

Probably not without owner subsidy, no.

    Whoever the owner is.

Not with any genuine promotion ambition anyway.

The chance of acun recouping what hes spent is very slim without promotion surely
So if he sells at a loss, does that affect us with debt or anything in the future

Why does Dawson not get to look after his garden? If he is sat there not part of this surely he is not doing his job as a coach? Can't have it both ways. He was part of Roseniors failure and now, in your opinion, is part of another failing management team.

Or are you suggesting he just comes to work and puts out cones? If so what makes you think he will be able to manage the team?

If Acun wants out I have fears for the club. Who with money would want to take on a club with no assets, no stadium, a training set up worse than Fleetwood’s and fans who are fickle and would not be there if the prices were like what a lot of clubs charge?

To be fair there are decent assets in the squad in terms of sellable value. Its also posting 20k crowds and is in the second tier. Finding a buyer wouldn't be hard as long as he isn't wanting a silly price.

I think he'll at least want to get his investment out, which will depend on a level of success - or at least not failure.

He's almost certainly not just gonna be able to decide to flog the club tomorrow, or at the end of the season and walk without a significant hit as things currently stand.

    He's in pretty deep.

He doesn’t coach our left backs.

Andy Dawson is part of the team FFS.... he above all others should be instilling what it means... if he goes, as I said last night Meyler would be the best interim choice...
