I wonder if the Hull Daily Mail has any plans to publish the minutes of the meeting attended by the brave heroes of the Huddersfield debacle, united front of city fans, the AFC pitchfork march, the 'Ulltras, the pro heritage community group, etc.

    Someone should.

Have the minutes to this meeting been released yet for public viewing, or are they still highly top secret and only available to the self elected chosen ones, who are now soliciting money from us on what would appear to be a false premise.

    Their disinformation is breathtaking.

"The eventual aim will be to claim a minority stake in ownership of City and bring a constant supporter presence to the club's board."

They do not want a minority stake, as quoted by Exiled and others on CI they want Mr Allam to gift the club to them and walk away.

Duplicitous ****s. I’ve said all the long that they wanted to get a stake in the club to try and get the club run the way the fans want.

Well, I’ll fight them all the way from my settee.

I don’t want the rank and file farting in the corridors of power at Hull Tigers. These ‘ordinary’ fans who claim to want the best for the club and have only been supporting us for all of their poxy, **** ridden lives.

Imagine, ‘ordinary’ fans wanting a small stake in their club?

I want owners who are rich by birth right only please, or at worst, the nouveau riche.

No way, am I going to accept one of my bare arsed peers.

How on earth can I expect to doff my cap to ‘them’?

At least that explains why they launched the membership scheme, although how much influence 600 2 quids will give them I have no idea. I assume they're not still claiming to be a single issue campaign group and have promised not to use any spare cash given to them in support of the single issue in this new venture?

    Actually...600? Not 5 or 10 thousand?

Membership of a trust that on past history didn't save the club or increase our income? This is a better idea than a successful businessman trying something radical to raise our revenue? ****ing hell.

This is a much worse idea than any name change.

Hahahaha let's all laugh at this guy who actually thinks his voice would be "heard" if this went through.

You really think that Obadiah and OLM would talk on my behalf?? Would they ****. They'd end up corrupt and fake like the lot of them.

You can already tell the power trip is seeping in them. Assuming they are speaking on behalf of a majority without actually knowing. Fitting in their own personal agenda while masking it as "the forum's agenda". All signs that this won't work.

Are we going to get an election for a representative? Or will they elect themselves (again) ?

Kinda scary to think some of you would put your trust in strangers on an internet forum over the guy who saved the club ><

    ****ing hilarious <laugh>

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the latest meeting of people that got their earlier predictions of the CTWD campaign so drastically wrong.

Please take a seat, the nonsense, abuse and desperation will resume shortly.

Do you mean the bunch who laughed at the notion of CTWD? Who conveniently 'forgot' that our good 'Doctor' went back on what he said when CTWD met with him? Who pooh-poohed the notion that CTWD had had a meeting with the PL? Who actually don't believe in having a democratic say in the running of their (= Mr. Allam's) club?

    I think you're exaggerating, Dutch!

In all honesty DMD not sure how you can expect me to trust a supporters group that took weeks, denied it and needed poking numerous times (by the like of Happy and a few) to finally reveal their true intentions of part-owning the club. Talk about keeping no secrets and being honest!

If it wasn't for your own agenda you'd see how bad this could turn out to be.

In my eyes they won't be any different than AA. What happens the day I am against one of their suggestions? Do we create a group every time that happens? How can they assume they speak on behalf of all fans? They may be supporting the majority opinion on the name change but it doesn't mean they necessarily will do on other topics.

It's all good looking at other models like clubs in Germany but it didn't happen overnight and it's only going smoothly after a very long period of time.

TBH what started as a good cause has turned into a ridiculously big ego trip by a few random fans on here "a-la Schwarzenegger".

I'm absolutely gobsmacked that some would trust a few blokes on a forum to have some control in our club. I wouldn't trust them to pick up a tab

    Aye, thems the ones.

It's not as though they were so wrong with their previous position that they're desperately trying to rejig the agenda in the desperate hope they can be not wrong about something..just once.

You'd think they'd learn to listen before trying to create a pointless agenda. Don't we all want stability going forward?

We all want the same thing, we all have different views on how this can be achieved.

I don't back a candidate for an election without knowing his intentions, agenda and program. Not quite sure what the likes of OLM and Obadiah have done in their lives to warrant such credentials. We most likely won't even get a say in who represents fans. So don't make me laugh when you bring up Democracy.

I don't even know their ****ing real name, how can you expect to trust they will speak for me. AA doesn't speak for me clearly but he hadn't really put a foot wrong until now and has a lot more on his CV (and bank account) to back his speech.

All I have is a few random posts on a forum.

Ah, so you haven't bothered reading the blogs and other information that the CTWD group produce. That explains your odd position.

If, as is the case by your own admission, you don't know something, you'd be better using the resources at your finger tips to find out, rather than just inventing scenarios to cover up your ignorance.

The campaign has a web site with an email address, why not send them your questions?

Surely the club are looking at bringing investment into the club.
Ultimately this would be a billionaire who will either invest money, or underwrite the debt so the club can continue to go forward.
What investment would this self serving group bring into the club?

The Tigers Co-op tried this a couple of years ago and Pearson would have nothing to do with them.
In the end the only reason Tigers Co-op kept going was that not enough members could be bothered to turn up to vote for it's closure.

Can we bring in any investment when the investor is to be told that he's to give a percentage to an un-elected group of unknowns?

Would the Premier League sanction this? They are there to protect their members.
Would Abramovich and others now be sitting there thinking 'this is a good idea, we'll all vote for this'. <laugh>

I'll always be here for you Dutch, have no fear. Always happy to take part in debate on Hull City related matters on an open forum, even if we do run the risk of censorship from a self elected moderator who does not understand the meaning of the word discrimination.
