ive been reading these threads for years.thanks for the entertainment. now moving on.and this is just my opinion.we have always apart from harold needler.don Robinson and sir adam.had pretty poor owners of the club . the present owners and I've only briefly met ehab.and i was impressed with his attitude.and i must say i am totally against the name change.should we as fans. be more idealistic and look at the way forward instead of getting caught up in a negative direction. we have good fans leaving because of the tigers thing but we need them now more than ever .personally i dont need premier league football.i need to see the fans and the atmosphere. thats what i go for.and a few beers pre match of course.so come on city fans everywhere.this is your club.we have had owners we didn't get on with in the past.its not about them its about us.our history its about you and your mates and away trips the whole thing.for those of you that have given up.come back.we need you. your grand kids need you .errrr end of post
err. i sort of see what you mean. but not sure why we are needed now more than ever? more than when we were in the 4th division? anyway. sorry but i'm not returning yet. maybe away trips though. in what way did ehab "impress you with his attitude"?
it was when we lost to mewcastle and stayed to watch the under 21team.ehab it was when we stayed to watch the under 18 team after the newcastle game.it was during the transfer window and ehab was sat near us.he was a a gentleman and answered all the questions from the kids about transfers politely.its true that we dont agree about the name change.but we shouldnt chuck the baby out with the bathwater.this is our team.our hull city.we need to stay.keep repeating our culture.our name.those that walk away weaken that.but we shouldnt get bitter either.surely we are better than that.
Support is eternal, all owners management etc are interim. If a certain regime is not to your taste, just hang around, stick by your club and perhaps you will find the next lot when they arrive more to your liking, (you might not though).
Ok It doesn't surprise me he was polite to children, I know him vaguely from way back A lack of politeness isn't why I haven't renewed though. There are many reasons but they've all been done to death. I do actually sort of agree that people leaving weakens the position that it's our club and our culture, but there's no way I'm committing to anything until the FA decide on the name change , and I can gauge the As reaction to the decision. Even then I may travel away more instead ( if the name changes I will never go home or away)
