    Team news?

It’s probably going to be too earl for Fraizer but he’s done some running around. Stephen Kingsley is the same and its likely to be too early but we will see. Dan Batty won’t be fit for the weekend . Kevin Stewart has trained today and all being well he doesn’t have a reaction and he comes into contention.

    Pugh's first start

The form of Kamil and Jarrod has made it harder for Marc to start but he got his chance Tuesday and I was really pleased. He got a great work ethic, he’s experienced, he unlocks defences and he scores goals.

    Are play-off's really on?

We are now entering March. We’re on 47 points, six points off the play-offs . We’ve been on a great run and of course we have to go on another run, but let’s be positive about it. Why can’t we go enjoy the remaining games of the season and enjoy chasing a play-off berth?

    Is season already a success?

I’d like to think this season goes down as a success. Last year we managed to avoid relegation. We lost some players in the summer, we got off to a challenging start, but we are now 6 points off the play-offs with 12 games to go. We’ll concentrate on the next game now with a smile on our faces and enjoy the challenge.

    Any progress with contacts?

When there is anything to be said we will say it, that’s what I want us to do. In the meantime our players are all focused on chasing down a play-off place with smiles on our faces. And we’ll try keep a smile on the supporters’ faces. The phrase from the football club is that it is business as usual and I will remain as positive as I can.

Similar to 'the understanding' he had about being supported in the January Transfer window?

Got to admire Nige. It's his job to remain positive but he certainly delivers. If he was saying 'the season's finished now effectively' it would probably be a recipe for finishing about 18th. By continuing to aim for the playoffs I think it at least increases the chances of a top 12 finish which would be a big achievement in the circumstances. Having said that, next 3 games look very tough unless we play better than we have done recently!
