They are still owed £60 million at the year end. They reduced their debt by £17 million but only paid £2 million off the debt to the bank.

The bank should have got at least £15 million by now though leaving £6 million outstanding.

 

When you say paid themselves £17 million, has that reduced the debt to them, or are they just further milking it?

In summary :

£35m profit last season.
Of which £17m repaid to Allamhouse and the rest is in cash in club bank account.

This cash plus debtors covers all other creditors leaving £60m still owed to Allams
Offset by fixed assets (players) of £18m.

The fact we sold some of these 'assets' for £50m nearly nearly covers what the Allams are owed.

With this year's parachute payments the club is in very good financial health.

Just a shame they never spent some of that £35m profit last season. We might have stayed up and the club would be even better off.

As a fan it's a shame that 35m wasn't used to keep us up!

Tbf the allams have finally stuck to something they promised......to run the club to the benefit of the shareholders!!!
