Hughes and Lennon head list of candidates to replace Pearson at Leicester By JOHN DRAYTON PUBLISHED: 23:51 GMT, 18 May 2013 | UPDATED: 08:48 GMT, 19 May 2013 Daily Mail on sunday: Mark Hughes, the former Manchester City and QPR manager, and Celticâs Neil Lennon are the frontrunners to take over at Leicester City as the clubâs Thai owners ponder the future of current boss Nigel Pearson. Chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha is counting the cost of Leicesterâs defeat in the Championship semi-final against Watford, having made a loss of £30million. Pearson will get the chance to outline his plans to win promotion while cutting costs.
That would be good, apart from getting him off the wage bill we could let him know exactly how much we all miss him next season.
They lost £30 million this year ... how much will they lose next year then? Can't see Hughes wanting to be a part of cutting costs.
I know someone who lives near Leicester and thus hates them. Id imagine hed be pretty happy if this happened.
Bang on gents, nothing against Leicester FC but we need the opportunity the let Mark know how much he means to us and to thank him sincerely for all his concerted efforts during his stay at Queens Park Rangers
