Fernandes obviously had a huge bet on Hughes not being first in the sack race and moved as soon as he was quids in

Yh he'll probably tip Roman a few quid for the assist to take the sting out of RDMs compensation!

Fairly inevitable he'd go, just surprised he's gone the day before their next match rather than last Sunday for example, would make sense to give the caretakers or new guy a chance to do their own planning for this weekend

Maybe the interest shown from the Ukraine in acquiring Harry's services forced the issue ?

Not surprised at this, Why they waited so long to get rid of the inept donkey is amazing, could some one tell me from watching QPR games, what formation they were playing? Hughes is completely clueless tactically, think the modern game is beyond him! Good old Harry & Rossie will get the job for sure, I see QPR surviving now!...........<cheers>

I am gutted he has been sacked. the guy is a miserable, bigheaded, t**t as well as an awful manager. this guy would have successfully taken the most horrid club in the Prem down. Now with them getting a manager who is slightly compitent, they may stay up. I for one think Hughes should have been given a contract extension, not the sack.

Now there is much in what you say there, though with them staying up, we'll get to whip their arse again!................<cheers>

Absolutly spot on comment there Trunds !! i agree totally, bad news for us , i was hoping they would really be adrift by the time they sack him!! looks like Harry redcrap has indeed forced the hand of tony fernandez, whats the odds Harry was never really in the frame for that ukraine job?? he probably used that as leverage to set the wheels in motion for sparkys sacking, i can see his agent speaking to QPR now " you need to move fast if you want to secure Harry, the Ukraine job is a serious offer that harry quite fancies, though im sure if an offer was forthcoming in the next few days you could secure his services..for the right package of course.."

If he went to the Ukraine then Rosie would have to into quarantine.

Talking of Rosie...surprised no-one has started a thread about the exploits of Helen Flanagan in the jungle.

P.S. I don't watch the hideous programme, I just get told about it. Honest!!
