Decent bloke Hughes. Done a good job for the most part wherever he's been.

 

I think this is the right thing, clearly a change is needed.

You look at Hughes's career and often he takes clubs on and does well initially, but fails to progress beyond a certain point. He very rarely significantly overachieves, he does well not great.

Hughes took stoke to ninth three years in succession. It's never going to get better than that for stoke.

 

Personally i just don't like the ****. Them scissor kick goals though? Some of the best goals ever scored
