Interesting one this - a challenge between former captains of the other club facing each other today. How are we going to fare against our former captain with their former captain in our side? I'll take Kenwyne to get the better of Huds, but can Pelts get the better of Nahki Wells?
Well Charlton thrashed Wigan last night to go above us and Leeds have just beaten Middlesbrough away to go 11th and well clear of us. It's such a strange league this that I'm tempted to say a win today and again at Wigan next time out could put us top 10. On the other hand, getting nothing from these next two games could put us well into the bottom 6 and struggling. Crazy times. Looks like we've got an insurance policy from Blackpool and Wigan, but all those between them and us are mindful of the need to secure at least that 21st position come May. Still don't see this as cut and dried for us after the Blackburn improvement, but I expect us to go on from there and win today. A win then at Wigan next week would put us pretty safe and able to start looking up the table rather than down.

Bit of a glass half empty for me though Sheepy - I really thought we'd have enough after the Blackburn performance to go one better. I accept a point on the road is worth a lot in survival terms, but has it really come down to that? I'd like to have seen evidence that we'd turned the corner in our methods and possession history. I'm not sure where we go from here - I just hope Trollope has some other options up our sleeves because I don't think Slade has.
