I don't think Huddlestone is anywhere near how he was for the start of last season yet he has impressed me in the last few games but If we look at last season and this season I can't help but think, can this guy shoot!

his passing is good and he reads the game well but I was expecting better from his shots to be honest, there mostly weak and off target most of the time. His free kicks are a joke too!

He had one shot the other night which given the angle it was coming to him at was hard to shoot first time. Had to get his foot round it, any left footer would've nailed it on target

Last season people just laughed it off as he had the joke that he was growing his hair long until he scored. He doesn't have that joke this season though.

Can't say Livermore's shot is that great either though.

When Diame comes back he replaces one of them?

No he'll replace Meyler. Although I doubt he'll start after so long out, so it could depend on the game & how it's going & who's not doing well!

Not another thread highlighting how bad Huddlestone's form has got.

And to pick it up on a daft thing like that- i bet you'd bang them in all the time from that position, eh?

You'd have thought in the last few weeks, prior to Man City away, he was playing on his own, the way some people single him out for critisism.

Remember others had shockers in those games as well.

I know what we could do.

We could recall Maguire playing him centre midfield instead...

Our set plays are the most frustrating why isn't he taking corners now?
I'm not sure I've ever seen Brady beat the first man on a corner or not hit the wall at a free kick (once for Ireland)
Surely Huddleston for corners and him or jelavic for direct free kicks.

I like Ramirez I think he could be a great player and we haven't seen the best of him yet, he's been stop start this season for various reasons injuries , suspensions.
I'd give him a run of games he hasn't had that for nearly 2 years.
We have no one as comfortable on the ball as him in the team and he's only going to improve over time and at 24 a good age to be signing.
